Find out what equipment customers need on their automotive production lines, listen to their concerns, and provide technical sales recommendations based on a thorough understanding of equipment design, machining, assembly, and customer worksites. Visiting customer plants to review their work operations is part of sales as well.

Design

Design

Design labor-saving equipment powered by hydraulics, pneumatics, servos, and other mainstream technologies to meet customer needs. Our designers use CADPAC 2D CAD software and SOLIDWORKS, CREO, and CATIA for 3D CAD work.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing work includes machining work using NC processors, NC lathes, wire cutters, and similar equipment; assembly work for frame components, machine structural components, electrical components, and auxiliary components; and improving and maintaining equipment installed at our customers’ plants. The goal is to keep improving customer satisfaction through kaizen activities that focus on quality control.

Draft equipment manufacturing plans, coordinate overall schedules, manage process progress, evaluate how well production is sticking to schedules and productivity targets, and handle general purchasing and receipt operations for various equipment materials, spare parts, and replacement parts.

Administration

Administration staff work primarily on salaries and social insurance tasks, managing and expanding benefits while also handling bookkeeping, accounting, payments, and management planning tasks. Administrators manage policies, set up training systems, and serve as the office for QC Circle kaizen activities. They also promote occupational safety, safety and health, traffic safety, and fire safety.
